These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTC) govern access to and use of the travel agency's website (hereinafter referred to as "the Travel Agency's website"). « the Site »). By browsing the Site, the user fully accepts these CGUs.

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with an Internet connection. Some services may require contact, registration or information requests.

• 3. Proposed services

The Site allows in particular:

• 11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GUCs are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, only the competent courts of the MOROCCO will be seized.
