These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the services offered by the Agency and define the rights and obligations applicable to any purchase of travel, stay, event, tourist service or related service.Any reservation implies full acceptance of the GTC.
2. Reservation and contract
A reservation becomes final only after:validation by the Agency,acceptance of the selected quote or product,total payment or payment of deposit according to the conditions defined.Any request initiated via the site, via e-mail or in an agency has contractual value only after formal confirmation.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in dirhams or equivalent currency. They include only what is mentioned on the product sheet or the quote.Payment may be required in one or more stages. Any delay or failure to pay can result in cancellation without repayment of the deposit.Tariffs can be adjusted if taxes, exchange rates, carriers or providers change.
4. Benefits included and not included
The precise content of each service — what is included or not — depends on the selected product.All information is on the product description sheet concerned (travel, stay, event, service).The customer must refer to it before booking.
5. Changes by the client
Any changes (dates, participants, options...) must be in writing and will be subject to acceptance by the Agency and the service providers.Fees may apply depending on the conditions of each product.
6. Cancellation by the client
Each product has its own cancellation policy.The client should refer to:the product data sheet concerned, and/orits customer space or reservation folder.The cancellation conditions, applicable fees and time limits are specified.
7. Refund
By default any product purchased is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated clearly on the product form or under its particular conditions.Where exceptions exist (reimbursable or partially repayable products), they are specified prior to validation.
8. Changes or cancellation by the Agency
In the event of force majeure, unavailability or reasons beyond its control, the Agency may modify or cancel a benefit.It will then propose:an equivalent or superior alternative, ora refund in accordance with the applicable conditions.No compensation will be payable in exceptional circumstances.
9. Liability
The Agency acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for provider-related incidents (transporters, hotels, organizers, authorities, etc.).The customer is responsible for his travel documents (passport, visa, vaccines, insurance, etc.).
10. Insurance
Additional insurance (cancellation, assistance, luggage, liability...) can be offered.In the absence of a subscription, the customer alone assumes the risks.
11. Claims
Any claim must be made during the stay or during the performance of the benefit, and before the end of it.No complaints after the end of the service or the return of the client can be taken into account.
12. Personal data
The information collected is used exclusively for processing requests and reservations.In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08, the customer may access, modify or delete his data upon written request.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law.In the event of an unresolved dispute, only the competent courts of the MOROCCO are authorized.
14. Acceptance
The validation of a reservation, order or registration implies the total acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
